The Process
All preliminary design work is done at our U.S. headquarters
2 weeks
We provide detailed artwork mockups and even original illustrations if desired
All you need to provide is any artwork photographs or logos you would like us to use
Our preferred logo format is a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS) but a high-res JPEG, PNG, or PDF is fine
It takes a team of six to seven master artisans to develop a custom ornament
Once the concept is finalized, we send your project to our studio in Poland where your gloss sample will be created.
once the process starts in Europe…
2-6 weeks
If we are using an existing mould, ball, drop, or disc your piece will go right into the painting process.
Glass samples take about 2 weeks
If your project requires a new mould, a sculptor will turn your design into a 3D form
New moulds add on additional 4 weeks
You will receive e-mail proofs of all progress
We ask that all clients respond to our e-mail proofs within 48 hours to keep the process moving forward smoothly
